1. Q: What are your hours?

   A: We are open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and can accommodate private training sessions at most other times depending on your trainer.

2. Q: What is your location?

   A: 711 W. Grand Avenue, just east of the intersection of Milwaukee, Grand and Halsted in Chicago. We are right outside the Loop.

3. Q: What are your gym membership rates?

   A: Our standard gym membership is $110/month. Discounts are available according to membership commitment. Visit our membership page for more information.

4. Q: What forms of payment do you take?

   A: We accept all forms of payment including cash, check and all major credit cards.

5. Q: How old do you have to be to join?

   A: You must be 18 or have a parent or guardian’s permission.

6. Q: What is your cancellation policy for private training?

   A: There is a 24-hour cancellation policy for all private training sessions. All sessions that have not been cancelled 24 hours or more in advance will be charged in full.

7. Q: What is your membership cancellation policy?

   A: Memberships may be cancelled with 30-days notice by giving written notice and payment of the dues and charges accrued through the last day of the current month. Suspended memberships can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

   In order to maintain the safety and comfort of all members and their guests, we reserve the right to cancel the membership of anyone who has acted inappropriately or has not complied with Emerald Smoke’s guidelines or with the requests or directions of management. Possession of firearms and possession, sale, exchange, or use of any unlawful controlled substance while at Emerald Smoke is strictly prohibited.

8. Q: Do you have locker rooms in the gym? Are they available for rent?

   A: We have separate locker rooms for men and women. We do not rent lockers, so it is a good idea to bring a lock.

9. Q: What do you offer at your facility?

10. Q: What is acceptable attire?

    A: Anything comfortable that you can sweat in. There are no restrictions on attire as long as it is respectful toward other members.

11. Q: Can you rent the gym space for an event?

    A: Absolutely! Contact us for more details.

12. Q: Do you sell gym gift cards?

    A: Not yet. But check back, as this will soon be available.

13. Q: Do you sell guest or give away passes?

    A: Yes. We sell day passes for $15/day. We sometimes run promotions for free guest passes. Contact us for details.
